Farwell is a farming town in West Texas with a big sense of family and a great tradition of Texas BBQ that has been passed down. Being right on the border of Texas and New Mexico they have created a little different flavor from some of the BBQ you'll find in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio or rest of the state. Steve and Rita Perry, who have recently bought the business from his dad Kelly Mimms, admit that the tradition, everyone's hard work and a loyal following is what has set them apart and given them the success they've seen. They are extremely proud to be a part of the Texas BBQ tradition.
